*VIP Darshan in Kamakhya Temple Entrance Fees & Guide charges.

*Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).

*Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.

*Anything specifically not mentioned in the ‘Cost includes’ column

*Children above 10 years will be charged 100% as per Adult Rate.

*Children 05 to 10 years sharing parent’s room will be charged as per CWB or CNB.

* Hotels are very strict with the child policy. Please carry the age proof so that it can be produced when asked for.

*100% payment to be deposited before the trip starts. Final Confirmation will be provided on full payment.

*For Cancellation please refer to our Terms and Conditions available at our booking office.

*No booking has been made – rooms /hotels are subject to availability at the time of booking.

*If given hotel is not available, similar category hotel will provided.

*If any hike in hotels/transport rate due to any govt. taxes/fuel charges, guest will have to pay the differences.

• 50% advance to be paid at the time of booking.
• 100% payment is to be made for the package before 20 days of departure date.
• In case of cancellation standard cancellation policies will be applicable or may be changed as per the policies

• 29 - 20 days before date of departure : 50% of total cost

• 19 days or less before date of departure : 100% of total cost
