Itinerary

Day 1
Delhi to Jaipur (approx 270Kms/4-5 Hrs)
Arrive in Delhi and you will be met by our travel representative at the Delhi railway station/airport & will assist in the Ranthambore trip to Jaipur. Historically, the Jaipur city was founded by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh Ji. Jaipur or the Pink City is also well connected by train and Air from most of India. Travellers from the most popular cities like Delhi, Chennai, and Mumbai can easily reach Jaipur for a Ranthambore tour. After reaching Jaipur, check in to your selected hotel. The rest of the day is free at leisure to explore this beautiful city on your own or indulge in shopping for beautiful handicrafts, textiles of Bandhini or Sanganer prints, block printed A/C comforters, artificial jewelry, and an endless list of artifacts. Overnight stay at a hotel in Jaipur.

Day 2
Jaipur Sightseeing
After Breakfast, we embark on a Ranthambore trip sightseeing to Jaipur to explore its cultural heritage. We begin the trip by visiting The Amber Fort. This majestic Fort built at the edge of the city was constructed in the 16 Century by Maharaja Man Singh. You can reach the top of the Amber fort by Jeep or take an optional ride on the elephant. Our next stop is The Hawa Mahal also known as the Palace of Winds, having a total of 953 Jharokas ( windows), it is built on the perimeter of the city palace. It used to be from where the queens and princesses with their maids could watch the processions of the kings pass by the bazaars. The City palace and the Museum are within walking distance away. City Palace Museum continues to be the residence of the current royal family of Jaipur and the attached museum showcases many artifacts, paintings, royal dresses, and armory pieces used by the erstwhile rulers. In the same complex visit Jantar Mantar, a UNESCO world heritage site. It has a collection of 19 instruments connected to astronomy & was built by Raja Swai Jai Singh Ji. A photo stop at Jal Mahal also referred to as the Water Palace. Jal Mahal also known as Water Palace was built for the queens to bathe in and is in the centre of a large man-made lake. Back to the hotel. Overnight stay at hotel in Jaipur.

Day 3
Ranthambore National Park Tour
We leave after an early breakfast for the Ranthambore National Park tour. Ranthambore National Park, once a gaming zone for the royals is now a national wildlife-protected park for tigers. Due to the grass-laden terrain, sighting of tigers and other wildlife is relatively the highest across India. Evening free at leisure. Overnight stay at hotel in Ranthambore.

Day 4
Jungle Safari at Ranthambore National Park (Charges Extra – Payable Directly)
After breakfast, you will enjoy the Jungle safari. The Ranthambore tour packages does not include a Ranthambore safari and you may opt for a Jungle safari by canter or a Private Jeep safari of Ranthambore National Park by paying a surcharge. Even though sighting of tiger remains the focus of most wildlife tourists visiting Ranthambore Park, you may also be able to sight a variety of Deers like Sambhar, Chital, barking deer etc, wild Beers, and a variety of Birds and reptiles. The main attraction of the park is undoubtedly the tigers and you may have the probability to get a quick look at them during the safari. Apart from tigers, you can also see animals such as wild deer, foxes, wolves, beers, sambar, chital, and many species of birds & reptiles. Later back to the hotel afternoon is free for leisure. Optional evening wildlife safari at Ranthambore National Park by Canter or Jeep is recommended. Back to the hotel. Overnight stay at a resort in Ranthambore.

Day 5
Ranthambore – Agra (approx 300Kms/5-6 Hrs)
An exciting day is planned as we drive to Agra- the city of love. En route, we stop at Fatehpur Sikri, built by Emperor Akbar in 1569 as the capital of his empire. Fatehpur Sikri built of re is a fine example of Indo- Islamic architecture. The highest gateway in the world Buland Darwaza is a tribute to the conquering of Gujrat and is a fine testament to Mughal architecture. Continue to drive to Agra and upon arrival Hotel at Agra. Early evening our sightseeing of Agra will include seeing the monument which is described as the epitome of love “The Taj Mahal”. One of the seven wonders of the world, the Taj Mahal was built by Emperor Shahjahan as a testament to his eternal love for his queen Mumtaz.Taj Mahal known as the "monument of love" was Built by Shahjehan as a fabulous memorial of refined elegance and superb craftsmanship for his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal. Evening free for shopping/or at your leisure. Overnight stay at hotel in Agra.

Day 6
Sightseeing & Agra - Delhi (approx 205Kms/4 Hrs) Departure Transfer
An early breakfast and check-out from your hotel, before departing for delhi we make a brief halt to see the Agra fort which was built by Akbar the Great. time permitting you may visit Itimad-ud-Daulah Tomb (Baby Taj). later drive to Delhi, to the railway station/airport to board your return train/flight back home.
